Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Beauty Courses

We’re committed to providing high-quality training, and to ensure we can accommodate everyone, we have the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations:

 

Full Payment Requirement

Full payment is required upfront to secure your course date. This ensures that your spot is reserved and allows us to make the necessary preparations.

​

48-Hour Notice for Rescheduling or Cancellations

To reschedule or cancel without forfeiting the full course fee, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled course date.

​

Requests made within this timeframe will allow for a partial refund or rescheduling option.

​

Refunds for Cancellations

Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: A refund of 25% of the course fee will be issued, as we retain a portion of the fee to cover administrative and preparation costs.

​

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: A refund of 50%  will be issued due to the short notice, as it limits our ability to offer the spot to another student.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule without any additional fees, and the full course fee will be transferred to the new date.

​

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice: A 15% rescheduling fee will apply to cover reserved time and preparation costs.

​

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled course and have not provided notice, the full course fee will be forfeited.
